(Ask a member to explain a qualified business referral) Definition: A qualified business referral is a person or company interested in a fellow member’s product or service and will be expecting his/her telephone call and follow up. The member receiving the referral should give feed back to the member giving the referral.
  • NPI and our chapter are structured, committed, disciplined, organized and very supportive of each other.
